The relationships are fairly minimal:

I think it would be safe to say part_of head.

What are the bones that constitute the roof in zebrafish? Are they all dermal? If so consider making part_of dermatocranium

Can you also make the text def list the bones.

Made part of neurocranium. Added joints and the "overlaps" relationship to the bones making up the joints. In this case the bones actually do overlap not articulate so seemed like an ok relation to use.
