Consider subdividing the term abnormal muscle regeneration (MP:0000750) as this term currently has 76 annotations. I would suggest adding at least the child terms:

impaired muscle regeneration (seen in J:201148)
consider class expression revision to 'abnormal muscle regeneration' - MP terms are not skeletal muscle specific, see also cardiac muscle tissue regeneration [GO:0061026] (but no parent term 'muscle tissue regeneration' exists.
