#57 Change files in disc lists to include disc id.

Change the way files that are in disc_lists are stored to include the disc ID as part of the path. For example: if disc 20080222-001 contained three files (a.txt, b.txt, and c.txt) their paths would be:

20080222-001/a.txt
20080222-001/b.txt
20080222-002/c.txt

Note: this will require a new program to be written that will go through all of the existing discs and add the ID to the path of every file. It also may require the generation of separate paths for files that currently share the same path. For example, the public-070821-0026 file is stored on many discs, there would have to be multiple paths created for every one of those:

20071123-001/public-070821-0026
20080221-001/public-070821-0026
