Eerst wil ik jullie bedanken voor jullie inzet. Verder wil ik weten hoe ik deze patch kan gebruiken? Moet ik deze patch in bepaalde map zetten of per bestand moet die naar andere locatie?

Just unzip the file and addthe nl folder to the locale folder. You might want to read https://sourceforge.net/projects/obiblio/forums/forum/168190/topic/3499391 too ;-)
