Over the past couple of weeks, we have been working with a small medical library to implement OpenBiblio as their library automation system. One of their requirements was that OpenBiblio had to be in the "cloud". They didn't want to have any servers on site and wanted to be able to have redundancy available.
Now we have successfully set our servers up, if anybody would be interested in hosting their OpenBiblio system in the cloud, please send me a message (my email is mahealth@users.sourceforge.net) and I'll send you more information.
