#29 Interval for Campaign Report falloff

Currently, the Interval that a Campaign falls off the
dropdown (in report.php) is 30 days. I would request
that this be turned into a configurable option.

I would guess that a call to get_prefs inside
report.php and a change to the query, along with the
addition to the array in load_mysql (in install-lib)
would work. That doesn't cover Upgrades though. (I
don't see a place in the upgrade script, though I
haven't upgraded to the 1.1.2 release yet - still on
1.1b7)
