There isn't one single opensource banner exchange out there that can handle a serious exchange.
I tried them all including the newly appearing ones which use PHP.
- Bad and insecure code.
- Slow as hell and kills the server as soon as it starts to generate traffic. (most of them use flat file text db)
- Easy to cheat & manipulate.
- None of them is industry strength.

no thanks. There are other banner exchange programs out
there. I'd rather see OASIS stick to pure ad management.
