In the WindowsEventLogger class, ApplicationName is
used to create the event log AND to name the source for
any logged event. So if you want multiple applications
to share the same event log, you have to give the same
ApplicationName, and the source field cannot be used to
filter the events in the viewer (they all have the same
name).
It would be much better if you could have a parameter
specifying the event log name, and another one for the
source name, thus allowing multiple sources to share
the same event log, and allowing filtering in the log
viewer.
