I'm no virus expert, but I'm warning others and asking if anybody sees same issue.
This seems to be a problem with the installer for 2.6.3:

I was expecting to come back here to give the standard spiel about how one anti-malware engine will often give a false positive, but this seems like it's not a fluke!
I'm looking into this. I'm not sure what the reason for the many hits are. There does seems to be many problems with the installer but there are also a few problems with NppToR itself. Anyone with insight as why help would be appreciated.
I ran into a similar alert from AVG anti-virus when I tried to install 2.6.3 on my Windows 8 machine. I was able to install 2.6.2 without complaint.
This problem seems to be solved now. I do not know why, either the file provided from the SF server has been cleaned somehow or the Sophos anti-virus program no longer detects the troublesome bit.
