Trying to install the Python Script plugin on Windows 8 but the C:\Program Files (x86)\Notepad++\plugins\PythonScript directory is completely empty.
I have installed Python 2.7 separately but this made little difference.
I have tried re-installing it a couple of times, including running NPP as administrator.
Any ideas why this directory would be empty?
I compared this configuration to my Win7 and this was the only difference.
Thanks
JB

I just noticed the same thing. I installed Python Script via the plug-in manager under n++ 6.7.3. The 'about' gave Python Script 1.0.6 but it continually threw exceptions. Manually installing 1.0.8 fixed it, and while doing that I noticed the PythonScript directory was empty and the python27.dll and PythonScript.dlls were about twice the size of the ones I pulled from SourceForge.

Had to download the separate 1.0.8 MSI package and installed that and it worked.
