In stead of posting a bug report, I ask here in case someone has an answer: How do I get the keyboard shortcut for "Toggle Console Dialog" (Ctrl+~) to work on a keyboard where the tilde is a multi stroke character (AltGR+key, then space) - a Norwegian keyboard, see https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Keyboard_Layout_Norwegian.png

The shortcut key can be re-assigned from Settings -> Shortcut Mapper -> Plugin commands.
The Shortcut Mapper is the common way to change shortcut keys in Notepad++.
