I ran the compare plugin on two different versions of a c# text file. A new method had been added at the end of the file, and the last four lines of this method were identical to the last four lines of the (prior) last method in the old version of the file. Instead of detecting that a new method had been added at the end, compare decided that the end of the old function had been changed and the end of the new function was actually the end of the old function. Kind of confusing - but hopefully the image should make it clear.l
