#6 Init Method (constructor) on Report.

Init Method incorrectly stated as not being called on
the NoUnit report.

The Init method is the constructor so we need to either
(a) change the name to 'className()' and mark it as
called
*or*
(b) change the NoUnit report to ignore / assume that
it is called if a method as been called / object
created
