#2257 fold/unfold in project panel
In current npp, there is a project panel, which users can create workspace/projects and add files to save their working session.
The files/folders imported are presented in a tree will with fold/unfold. But there is no shourt cut/context menu to fold/unfold all, which is not quite user friendly when they are working on lots of files and rely this project panel to navigate through.
