The current DeleteAction is implemented by extending an internal implementation class. This is highly discouraged since there is no specified behavior. It could be changed every time during an Eclipse patch or minor release.

We have to subclass a platform API class instead. (org.eclipse.ui.actions.PartEventAction)
Since delete is a common action, it could be implemented as a RetargetAction(?), but it is not the delete action of the Edit menu.

After some cleanup (Fix warnings) in MANIFEST.MF (and build.properties), it's possible, to run Nomad PIM into Eclipse 3.3. It works well for me in Eclipse 3.2.2, too. (after refresh, since I use a separate workspace to avoid .metadata conflicts)
It's is *not* necessary to use the 3.2 target_platform project therefore.
