#114 independed smtp login from pop/imap

The user ploufus requested the following feature in the forum:

"one good idea the ability to have smtp server authenticate independed (different username password )from pop3/imap server

main reason for this is that sometimes provider do not allow you to send (i.e. my ISP provider allows smtp usage only when you are behind its IP range which is not , mostly in case here. however ia can use yahoo/gmail/myhost smtp whith another login .."

since, recent issues with smtp which lack many futures including ssl auth,

i think the easiest way to overcome is first add intepended smtp login (as suggested allready)
+ the ability to choose mail() which many times is working in most web hosts,

with these two features i think smtp will overcome most issues and work most of the times .....

If you don't set a smtp server, NOCC use the mail() function.
