newLISP v.6.3.17 fixes a memory leak in 'regex' under LINUX. CYGWIN uses an older version of regex and frees memory by itself after some time, so no update necessary of Win2k version.

This new Win2k GUI version tk 0.72 packaged as an installer enables commandline arguments to newlisp-tk.exe . See chapter about 'Application Delivery' in the new 0.72 newlisp-tk.hml manual.

newlisp-tk.tlc is is a Graphical User Interface Frontend for newLISP with multiple browsers/editors, a source level debugger and example programs showing TK graphics integration with newLISP.

Version 063 has bugfixes and usebility enhancements: double click for selecting expressions and a quick way to create new contexts/namespaces. See:

newLISP v.6.3.09 now contains a Tcl/Tk frontend with editors / browsers and a source level debugger. Tcl/Tk 8.3 is required. It has been tested on LINUX and Windows 2000.
