#141 Campletely Silent Vorbis Stream causes temporary hang

I encoded this file from a CD, which is a one minute
track of complete sitence. NDBM seems to lag for about
5 minutes (on my machine) while trying to read this
file during a rebuild.

Should be OS independant, but here are my specs:

Windows 98SE
Celeron 1.0 gHz w/ 512 RAM
NDBM 1.31

(And I can't find the log file... where is that stored
now?)
