I came across NeuARt only recently - looks rather useful and interesting. I do have the Paxinos & Watson CD, so I installed NeuARt only to find (rather frustratingly) that I also need Adobe Illustrator to use it, which I don't have.
Maybe you should consider extending the functionality of NeuARt by making it possible to use vector graphics editors other than AI? I'm thinking especially on open-source editors, such as Inkscape. The latter will soon support importing of native AI files (as of version 0.45; see http://www.inkscape.org/roadmap.php\).
