Double meshing at overlapping surfaces

For a surface mesh,
when two surfaces overlap Netgen I get a duplicated mesh on the overlapping part.
healing tool doesn't work.
How can I avoid that?
(I tried the input file in both brep and iges format)

You have to have a manifold geometry without any surfaces overlapping for
Netgen to work correctly. Overlapping parts sounds like a modeling mistake.
