#13 Status bar remains after hiding Net Clipboard in NT

Under windows NT 4 SP6, if you right click the icon in
the system tray and select open, then right click the
icon and select hide, the status box will stay in your
task bar. If you right click the status box you have
the option to close, or select About QT. Close does
nothing, and about QT brings up the About QT window.
