I tried to make a OS X 10.9 backup to the TM that used linux/ubuntu netatalk v2.1.2. Since this did not work, i upgraded manually to v3.0.5 from source.

But I get the same results:

My OS X gets in an endless loop while trying to mount the TM volume with this output:

AFP_VFS afpfs_DoReconnect: doing reconnect on /Volumes/TMX
AFP_VFS afpfs_DoReconnect: soft mounted and hidden volume so do not notify KEA for /Volumes/TMX

On the netatalk site it also says something about reconnects and EOF's:

The worst thing is, I can't stop the OS X backup. The only way is to stop netatalk. Else my OS X is more or less unresponsive.

Any hint would be great.

Thanks and best regards,
Martin

FYI: it worked before with OS X 10.9 and a selfcompiled netatalk version. But I can't remember which one it was and upgraded ubuntu netatalk by mistake.
