Hi.

In some circumstances (like aliased interfaces with the same index ID (ifIndex), there is an error about duplicate, when inserting broadcast address of the interface into the "ia_addr" container:
error on subcontainer 'ia_addr' insert (-1)
Because the snmptrapd is re-reading the status of interfaces periodically?? this messages pollutes and fills up the log of snmpd.
People advised to decrease verbosity of the logging (ie. https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=684721), but I propose to hide it until explicitely wanted.

Hi. Mind you I originally had it tested on 5.7.3.
I tried to download version 5.7.1 on my Centos 7.6 Virtual Machine, compile it and I cannot see that error message showing up. However, I was able to apply the unmodified patch and it compiles clean, so you should have no problem in testing it yourself in case ou are seeing the error message (some posters suggested that it only shows up on physical machines).
I'm just wondering, why do you have to use version 5.7.1? If you are going to apply the patch, that means you have to download the source anyway, so why don't you download the latest LTS version which is 5.7.3 and then there should be no problem in applying the patch.
