Ive compiled the latest version of ndiswrapper (1.1) and I follow the instructions on the wiki, but I get this error when I do modprobe ndiwrapper:

ndiswrapper: disagrees about version of symbol per_cpusoftnet_data
    ndiswrapper: Unknown symbol per_cpu
    softnet_data
ndiswrapper: no version for "wireless_send_event" found: kernel tainted.
ndiswrapper: disagrees about version of symbol netif_rx
    ndiswrapper: Unknown symbol netif_rx

    lspci gives me:
    [...]
02:00.0 Network controller: Texas Instruments ACX 100 22Mbps Wireless Interface

    Any ideas?

It looks like you don't have wireless compiled into your kernel. Even if you don't use any of the listed drivers you should enable it.

You could also look at http://acx100.sf.net with the new download location http://lisas.de/~andi/acx100/ and see if you can get that driver (which is native for Linux) working for you.
