#9 Netbeans Plugin should support importing/exporting XML conf

The Netbeans module should support importing/exporting
the standard Check-Style XML configuration. It really
makes no sense having to port custom configurations
into a property file.

With regards to the reason mentioned for choosing
property file - easily distributable - I really can not
agree. XML is just as easily distributable to large
development groups. In fact we have implemented
checkstyle across all our Java projects with just the XML.

Check out Jalopy - it also has a plugin and it supports
importing/exporting its XML configuration.

Sticking to the tools preferred configuration method is
far more desirable in a plugin.
