As far as I see there are three type of file we try
to download they are
1) files within a filter of which there are a lot of
copies on the internet. A serach for these results in
lots of hit and downloads.
2) files that have lots of copies on the internet but
we have already downloaded most of these.
3) Files which are difficult to find
We also want to always have files in the download que.
When we start an automation search we want to fill
the download que quickly. So we should run each
search in quickly so we are always downloading. When
we have a few files in the download que we then want
to spend our time looking for files from 2 & 3. we
should only search for files from 1 when the download
que gets low.
We also want to have a method of selecting the next
file for downloading from the que so files from 2&3
and partially download files get priority.

How about two modes, one for people who have a lot of
automation entries, and one for those who have a few?
