we have a fairly comprehensive set examples in our use case document, located at http://mxquery.org (have a look at "Publications and Theses"). We also have the conference paper there that describes the approach in more detail.
We are currently also preparing a demo web site for FORSEQ, I'll post the URL once we have set it up.
