New Song Available for Valkyrie Invaders

Players of Valkyrie Invaders can now download a new song to learn using the game - "There's Music In The Air".

Written by G.F. Root, think civil war era march meets Coldplay.

This needs four octaves, so you really need a keyboard to play it. The qwerty virtual piano runs out of keys.

Download and extract either zip or rar version into the songs folder.

New music game Valkyrie Invaders

The Million Musician Challenge (MMC) is pleased to announce the release of the new game Valkyrie Invaders, version 0.820.

In this new take on the “Space Invaders” genre, you don't move your ship. Instead, you control an array of lasers, each operated by the keys of your keyboard.

If you have a piano keyboard use that. Otherwise the game will turn your computer keyboard into a piano.

Shoot the Valkyrie vessels when they are vulnerable crossing the ice zone, otherwise they become untouchable once they've passed the zone.... read more
