#13 Resampling? Regarding fixed sampling rate of 32000Hz and jack

The jack audio system does not do resampling, so to use munt with jack (through portaudio), the whole system has to run at 32000Hz. I've not been able to get this to work, even when I run jackd with -r 32000.
I'm not sure where the responsibility to resample lies, but I thought I'd mention this. It's working fine with pulseaudio.

Added support for changing output sample rate to mt32emu_qt. It will be available in the upcoming release.
