#21 Multi Lingual

Hello Dear sir,

How can I made Multivarent a bilingual (English and Persian) application, meaning users can add both (right-to-left and left-to-right) comment and notes. As you know, there are two problems 1)saving and restoring the text 2) displaying the text. I'd appreciated it if you kindling help me! Please notice any guide saves me from failing!
