#51 delegating html code to dedicated library

Hi,
I am an experienced php programmer who had previous experiences modifying MRBS.

I would like to contribute to this wonderful project by stripping away all the "echo html" instructions spread in the code and delegating the task of drawing the interface to a dedicated library (e.g. Smarty).

This will:
- simplify the code;
- put all the HTML in a place;
- allow users to customise the interface without touching the code;

this might:
- change several different part of the code.

this won't:
- change the database schema.
