#282 Getting just one e-mail for mutiple seats (rooms)

Hi, We use our MRBS to book a number of seats in an "area". So staff can book say 30 seats for three weeks in a row. This works great except that they would then get 90 e-mails. Is it possible to get one e-mail detailing all of the rooms (or in our case seats) booked in an area?
