But where it is failing for me, I don't see in your output since you are using an older version of mplayer. That is why I really need to see where firefox is failing for you. Mine fails with v3.21 when File not found: '/home/kdekorte/.mplayer/default.sub' Failed to open /home/kdekorte/.mplayer/default.sub comes out from mplayer. But I don't see those lines in your output. If I upgrade to CVS code. I don't have that problem. So this may just be a case where you need to wait for the next release to come out. But I really thing something else is going on, but I have no idea what it is at the moment. I need more information. Dear Kevin: What is the status of my situation, please? Did I do the commands below correctly. I'll be willing to do them again if you instruct me on how to do it. It would be very nice if the plugin worked properly on the NBC site and anywhere where the sites are supported. Or should I wait for the new version? Hope you can help. Running mplayer doesn't show anything useful with respect to the plugin. It would also be great if you'd trim your emails rather than sending tons of extraneous stuff every time. -- ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ L.
