Patch against current CVS version to support
using an HTTP proxy. Can supply the proxy via
-p <proxy> or the HTTP_PROXY environment variable.
I suppose that for full mpg123 compatability the patch
should also check MP3_HTTP_PROXY, but that's
a two line addition if desired.
