Add to NFO creation Template
New template would have:
<NFOOutputFileName>=C:\DB\to_import.csv
or
<NFOOutputFileName>=$A - $B.NFO
and
<NFOOutputAppend>=Yes / No
<NFOOutputFileNameConform>=Yes/No
<NFOTemplateStyle>=???
<NFOTemplateInclude>=C:\MyFiles\myNFOtemplate.txt
<NFOTemplateWrap>=85
<NFOTemplateStart>
Autor : $A
Book : $B

If No <Include> then file would be parsed till the end.
If nothing there (No variables) than NFO would be
generated using No template procedure.
