Hello,
When receiving a new email, if I click on the notification, it doesn't open the email but a blank window as seen in the attachement. I am using ThunderSnarl 1.0.3 and use the "Open in new window" option.

Is this happening with a POP3 account? If so this is fixed with the next ThunderSnarl and Thunderbird 3 Beta 3
Yes, it is indeed a POP3 account. Guess I'll have to wait until the next version ;)

Got the new request nottification per Mail and saw it with ThunderSnarl ;)
With POP3 also the per folder filtering is broken (only have IMAP myself so didin't notice).
This dev version here http://mozillasnarls.svn.sourceforge.net/viewvc/mozillasnarls/ThunderSnarl/trunk/thundersnarl.xpi fixes the POP3 folder filtering and the open in new window (but the second one only with Thunderbird 3 Beta 3 and I don't think I'll do that for Thunderbird 2 as it it more difficult than you would assume ;))
