#67 CLI - more constants

I´d like to see more constants to use on CLI.
I´d like to do weekly backups for all users using netlogon.bat (I´m on SAMBA3!) or any other script.

So I´d need to be able to add %USERNAME% and %HOSTNAME% (shell variables) on output file name.

Could you import those from OS environment ?
