#11 Add documentation to database

I recently read this article on database documentation and thought that perhaps this might be a great way to impliment more detailed documenation of the database.

Not sure about the rest of you but I spent a lot of my time building SQL queries for ad hoc reports and I know that sometimes finding the right column or how bits of the database connect together takes time.
