Hello! I'm very glad to see new medit! This my favorite text editor!

But when I download tarball and unpack it, I not found how to install this program. New release does not contain installation instructions!

Because I work with Linux long time, I guess that need use cmake, and compile the program successfully. But not everyone can surmise this!
