#608 Problem with recovery after an invalid password on EMB

Not sure if this has been reported before so apologies if it has.
Minor irritation on MM 1.1.2 and 1.2.Beta using fully patched Windows 8.1

1. Start MM and get prompted for password on my EMB, as startup window hidden.

2. Enter wrong password get "Opening MMEX Database - Error" as expected, hit OK button and get startup window - all as expected so far.

3. Click on "Open an existing database" - "Debug report window" opens and also "Choose database file to open"

4. Cancel Debug report and click on required EMB and get a window entitled "MMEX:Encrypted Database" containing no text and what I guess is the place to put the password at the top of the window.

5. Clicking on window has no effect, cannot move it, close it etc.

6. End MM in Task Manager and start over.

7. If click on "Open last used" at point 3 above then all works OK
