Sometimes mon does not respect the "alertevery" directive

O.S: Debian Linux - Kernel 2.6.8-2
Perl version: 5.8.4-8 (debian package)
Although the services are configured to check at 1
minute intervals and to alert every 1 hour in case of
fail, sometimes, some failing services alert every 1
minute (each time the service is checked.)
This behaviour is very strange, because it seems to
change when I do some "irrelevant" changes to the
configuration file, e.g:
- Insert or remove blank lines
- Change "alertafter 1h" to "alertafter 60m"
- Add or remove comment lines (starting with #)
- Change the amount of time in the "alertafter"
directive.
It seems to be a bug in the configuration file parser.

I recommend you try using the latest version from CVS which
is much more stable and has had many bugs fixed.
However my first reaction is that the content of the failure
summary may be changing, which results in a new alert unless
you use the ignore_summary setting.
