well, i've been personally using evolution as a client, so it was a natural match ;-). That being said, it should compile with FA's version as well. AFAIK, there seems to be some willingness to finally fix some things in libical...

Any reason that you went with Evolution Data Server's ical library instead of a stand alone ical library like the Free Association's libical?

Since the release 0.1.8 i've changed to use the FA version
