If an ad is reserved to a certain page in a certain position, and the general rotation list for that position happens to be empty, then the reserved ad is not served.
Added a couple of "AND reservedpages_list_ptr1 == NULL" conditions
when ad_numberofads and ad_rotation_list_ptr are compared to 0 in
adbanners_rotate() -- so if reservedpages_list_ptr1 is other than NULL then that means this page and ad position is reserved already.
Fixed on AndoverNews server (sun00472). Not in CVS yet
