Are you using a clean JRE/JDK installation (not tainted with third party libraries)?

    Yes, the original unload

Is this a self-compiled version? Because all version and revision infos are missing.

I unload Mobile Atlas Creator 1.9.3, and execute the exe like one sees in the document that I attach. Later there appears the first thing that I have sent.

I still think that your JRE installation is tainted. Please deinstall all JRE & JDK versions, delete the program files\Java directory and reinstall the latest Oracle 1.6 JRE.

Solved!. I removed Java and turned it to installing.
