Actually, this is not the Miranda installer itself, but the Sourceforge installer. Bad news is that this is what you get after clicking "Download update" in Miranda.

Miranda is a devshare partner, that's why during the installation flow the installer present other relevant offers for user consideration. You can always use the 'direct download' link if you do not want to see those.
