It seems I have made a mistake in uploading the wrong archive for the MiniWebSvr 0.0.8 Win32 package.
The old one did not have the Win32 Executable included.

This is now fixed.

Phew!

Please re-download the win32 release if you want it.

Reminder: ALWAYS check every file you uploaded in a release, incase you make a mistake. (Which is just human)

Also MiniWebsvr, is currently only for Microsoft(R) Windows(R) systems, although plans are in place to get it to work on POSIX-style systems such as Linux and MacOS X.
