#241 pkg: add culmus fonts

is more important to be able to use hebrew on MiKTeX
2.5 it would be cool to have a package for the hebrew
culmus fonts. There is a ready to run external package
especially designed for MiKTeX 2.5:

what needs to be done to build a MiKTeX-packages out of
this?

Haven't found the culmus fonts in the CTAN. Please note that I only distribute CTAN stuff.
