#91 Open multiple Filter windows

It should be possible to open multiple Filter windows via the "Filters" menu.
Current behavior is that the current Filter Window is close if another filter is selected via the "Filters" menu.
This would drastically decrease work time and need for user attention if multiple filters are used by hand on multiple geometries since the Filters menu has many entries.
