systray4jd have bad permissions after unpacking zip file on linux.
There is another way to work with Systray4J for KDE.
Replace systray4jd by libsystray4j.so then change one string in memoranda.sh:
java -Djava.library.path=./lib/kde -cp ${LCP} net.sf.memoranda.Start $1
