When transcoding http video stream I get

ERROR: no valid handler type in /content/online/object_id=6&res_id=none&pr_name=video2mpeg&tr=1

The http link is valid and wget downloads it. It looks like this
http://192.168.1.1:81/udp/225.1.36.4:1234

Stream format is Mpeg2-ts and my TV doesn't recognize it for some reason this is why I try to transcode it.
Even with standart profile vlcmpeg it doesn't work. Transcode working only with offline media.

Same problem here. What is wrong? Missed something in the compile?
